Following the complaints of fresh law students about their lack of
understanding of the concept/objective of law, it is paramount that an
explicit and lucid explanation be given for proper understanding. A good
foundation should also be laid so as to enable freshers have undeniable
knowledge of their voyage of study.
This research provides a background study of law and its various concepts,
such as Justice, Order, Freedom, State, Legitimacy and Sovereignty. The
essence of the work is to simplify the study of law by providing an ultimate
understanding of the concepts and objectives of law.
